EISwatching: medical definition

(noun) 1. The condition of waiting eagerly for new Eisley material. Symptoms include searching 'Eisley' on youtube by most recently uploaded; religously checking laughingcity to see if anyone has posted about said new material. Other symptoms include restlessness, fidgeting, impatience, and excitedness. Symptoms often present themselves when Eisley announces the possibility of new material being presented at a live show that the victim cannot attend.

I've got a mild case. Laughing

interesting. well they broke the 4 minute mark again! haha, anyway i was a little nervous at first at the intro cause it sounded a little bit like it was going in the direction of Sixpence's Kiss Me. i think this'll grow on me after a while though. it's definitely a good progression from the valley. i'm looking forward to hearing the fully produced album version.

-edit-

already listening to it a second time and i already like it more.

What other new songs did they play and did you get any of those, too?

::EDIT::
Listened to all of it. It's wonderful! So pretty. I thought I could guess the melody lines cause I'm pretty good at it but this one takes more interesting turns than I expected. I love that. I'm guessing Sherri wrote it because the lyrics sound more like they have her imprint on them and the way it's sang. Very Sherri. Also, it's kind of like Tree Tops and Kind had a baby. Something about it has a familiarity to it, and slightly reminds me of those two songs. I don't know why, it just does.

Also, the name "Wicked Child" is a very Christie- titled song, in my opinion.

Also, does anyone recall all the songs that they've mentioned that they're tracking for LP4? I know there's:

Blue Fish
Wicked Child
Aristicats
No Name New Song

I feel like they've mentioned one or two more but I don't remember. Just with those three alone, I'm curious what this album will be like cause I've now heard three out of those four, Aristicats only being a demo at 2 and a half minutes, but I feel like this could be a fantastic album.

Side note: Lady Get Away, The Mainframe and Before really should see the light of day. Just saying. Also, My Cup of Tea could use it, too. I would love to see what they would do with them now, so many years later.

If you go to her videos and look at uplaoded videos there is an untitled new song that is sweet. Sounds like Eisley embracing a Sucre like approach to arranging with Sherri singing lead.

i think sherri tweeted the lyrics to the beginning of that song a while ago.

-edit-

i'm looking forward to hear the fully produced versions. i keep forgetting this was an acoustic show, and that things are probably a little more charged on the record. not that i don't appreciate these renditions.

i think the only thing i'm trying to wrap my head around right now is that Deep Space seemed to hint at some darker mysterious vibe and borderline experimental songs. now these songs definitely have the mysterious vibe, but not so much the other two yet. however, again, i understand this was an acoustic show and acoustic renditions a lot of times don't show the complete depth of the finished song.

Sorry, I didn't take the video. Simply found it Laughing

--Edit-----
Apparently, the same uploader has been kind enough to post another song. Its untitled though.

Judging from these new songs, Its going to be even better then 'the Valley'. If this is the 'experimental sound' they were referring to previously, then I'm definitely looking forward to the album.

There is a Radiohead b-side called I Am a Wicked Child.

Does the second new song share the same chord changes, maybe relation between the first two chords, as I Feel Good?
