The Sea Salt variety with Salso Con Queso or Salsa... Love
Less fats than Tortilla Chips, great taste and texture.

Nuts are junk food? I like to grab a handful of pistachios or almonds every now and then. I try to not eat...food that comes in a bag very often (I would just say processed, but like, EVERYTHING is processed unless you grow your own food), I guess, so I don't eat a lot of that other stuff. I do like wheat thin chips though. But they're kinda salty. I love cereal, is that junk food?

Cereal is pretty junky because of sugar content. I got this organic flax seed flake stuff, so I thought I was in the clear until I read they added all kinds of molasses. It tasted great, but I felt awful afterwards! And nuts aren't junk food at all, unless they're salted.

I chose Pretzels but not like the big doughy ones. I love Honey Wheat Sticks. I love jerky, but I eat pretzels way more often and pretzels are a good snack for you, along with nuts sans peanuts and cashews. I don't know how pretzals or nuts really qualify as junk food cause, usually, they're actually fairly healthy snacks.

I live for potatoes. Like, seriously. There's nothing you could do to a potato that would make me not want to eat it. So, definitely, unquestionably, potato chips. Yummy!

Popcorn is a close runner up.

Pretzels are heavy in carbs (starches) and sodium, minimal nutrients and vitamins. If you have high blood pressure, you're doctor will make you swear off of them unless they're unsalted (which is just cruelty to the taste buds). But yeah, you would not have a healthy meal if it consisted of Pretzels. That's why I label it Junk Food (especially the flavored varieties that jump the fat content from 0-2% standard up to 12-17%)

Nuts are heavy in Fat and sodium and again, if you have blood pressure, cholesterol, and arterial diseases, they're bad news. The Flavorings, roasting etc, really up the sodium and if you read the actual servings sizes and adhere, it's a deal breaker in regards to what's health. A meal of nuts alone, is well, I guess the Atkins diet. I don't consider that healthy at all. That's a Junk diet, and what could a junk diet consist of other than junk food? Okay, that's a bridge too far, but you get the drift.

With both moderation is key, Plain, or lightly salted they are a healthier snack food than others, but they are the kind of think you can't eat as a meal in the same volume you would another more wholesome food like Fruits and Vegetables, and get enough nutrition.

Also, if it weren't for those bits of kernel getting between my teeth and cutting my gums, I would still love home made, lightly salted Popcorn as my all-time favorite junk food, but having a food item draw blood is a deal breaker for me. Sad

I just (creepily, sorry) googled where Melton Mowbray is and it's equal distance between London and Manchester! I will gladly trade places with you so you can have these chips WHENEVER YOU WANT! This is a great offer; don't be foolish...

Just seems really mean-spirited... Crying or Very sad
I actually used to hate it, because I'd eaten a poorly made batch when I was young. If made correctly, it's literally the greatest thing on Earth.

Moderation is key, though, because they are high in fat.
