Hi everyone! Someone told me about this band...I think the first I heard of them was from my friend Evan, whose best friend in Nacodoches named Dustin knows the band or has met them or something....Anyway, I really liked the music I heard so I went to Tower and was able to find both EPs there. I really like the style of music, even though I tend to be more of a Male-Vocals-Band type of guy. I cant believe Stacy is 15! Very mature voice. My question is: What is the actual model of guitar that Chauntelle plays? I know it is a Gretsch Duo Jet, but Ive never seen that color on a double cut. Maybe the color in the video just looks different. Anyway, about me (if anyone cares). My name is Adam, Im from Austin, Texas, I go to UT (Geograhy major), I wait tables on the weekends, and I play lead guitar in my band (Christian Rock of some sort). Well, off to reading some threads and finding out about the band! Adam _________________ www.AbandonMusic.com |

Haha, no I live way up North West (183 and Oak Knoll). Im hoping to get a house though once my rent is up in september and once I decide what Im gonna do about grad school. The 6th street name is something Ive had for a while and it has just stuck with me. I like going to concerts (and playing in them! yay!) and most concerts in Austin are on or around 6th..... _________________ www.AbandonMusic.com |

Hmm...dont know about that. (tarrant is Fort Worth, btw) Also, I think I answered my own question. The Gretsch is vintage...their just must not be an exact matching model made nowadays. Too bad, thats a sweet axe. _________________ www.AbandonMusic.com |

We recently found out that our bassist has to leave us. He has to move back to El Paso...so if we possibly can, we'll hopefully have a few bookings before march when he is expected to leave. Then we'll start looking for someone to (try to) replace him. Anyone know a bassist in Austin? _________________ www.AbandonMusic.com |

It's easier to tell that it's a regular silver in pictures... |
