Solid, though omitting some of my faves, but that there are so many faves that could be omitted is a compliment to the talent Eisley has always displayed. Ending with a trio of somber songs (encore I guess) is an interesting contrast with other performances. I need to wrap my head around the vocal duties on all the listed songs to see if there is any correlation between songs with very distinct vocal lines divided among the siblings. _________________ yup, that's my name. I don't think we got Telescope Eyes in Boston - but oh well. The setlist was a lot more all over the place than I thought it was going to be - I would have thought they were going to feature more new songs. Sherri was sick during this show (as many of them have been for a while) so every now and then I felt like she was struggling a little bit - though still putting on a great show. I think they had Elle's mic down too low to get her vocals on a lot of the songs - though she might have been sick too. I was really excited to hear "The Night Comes" live and it was great - but it left me wanting more. The bubble machine they've got though - that thing is awesome and their lighting I think has improved. _________________ Saellys wrote: You misunderstood. Sherri is singing all the leads. Christie isn't touring with them anymore, and I'm pretty sure Elle will only be doing background vocals. That said, I can imagine that one is intense. _________________ yup, that's my name. FOR YOUR RATING PLEASURE: 4 LIKE Buttons, 1 NEUTRAL, 1 VEXED, 5 DISLIKE buttons. Pretty upset that life/health always gets in the way of Eisley shows now, but maybe next time. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |
