I have some questions... Did they do the vocals for Hot Hot Heat or Head Automatica or neither or both? Because I knooow I saw Head Automatica in that journal... and I must say, that as the coolest thing ever. If so, did you get to hear any Head Automatica stuff? I wish I had something to do with Head Automatica. Of course, I may be way over my head and just talking about something that didn't happen that I read wrong. _________________ my name's carrie and i love a good sandwich so if you have a sandwich, come roll with me!

hey, his own shot. ok... As I understant it, Head Automatica must be recording or getting ready to record a new record, right? They're good friends with Hot Hot Heat. So, Steve from HHH was helping H.A. co-write a song... you know how it goes...But the chorus he wrote was too freaking high for his voice, so Craig suggested that he enlist the help of labelmates, Eisley to sing the part so they could sell the idea to H.A. Craig brought the pro-tools files up to Sunset, they loaded it, Stacy and Sherri heard it a few times and nailed the chorus...(tracked over Steve's part) and...I guess that's it. The outcome is cool but nobody can hear it. I just thought it was cool. Stacy, Steve and Head Automatica singing a rock song together. Hope that clears it up. _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. thats a pretty big detail you left out, Boyd. shame on you, since you are the biggest Rancid fan in all of Texas. you sing and dance to them in the shower. i have to listen to it every morning. ... tim armstrong? pfft. i hope daryl sings some of it... does he? he is my most favourite vocalist everever. _________________ my name's carrie and i love a good sandwich so if you have a sandwich, come roll with me!

My friend Dave introed me to Hot Hot HEat a couple weeks ago. I liked them. Odd that they're connected to Eisley too. I'll have to tell Dave. He's new to Eisley but likes em a lot. Because of me singing it all day 1 day he knows the words to MArvelous THings complete with boomboombooms and all. He'll start weith the boombooms and I'll reply with I awoke...Fun. BTW did you know that 1 dude from Rancid produced a lot of Pink's new album? Its REALLY rock influenced. They recorded and wrote a lot of it on the bus while on the road together. _________________ Its all in the making. Its all yet to be. Its all leading up to your true destiny. |

That is dern cool. Songs with cameos (does that word fit correctly here? I think of that more in a movie/TV sense..) from other artists often seem to make the song more interesting.. No mocking the Rancid now kids! _________________ roooooooooooooooar. |
