I've been drooling over that song for the past few weeks (including non-stop viewing of the Boyd videos that feature extracts of that song). I just can't seem to figure out the lyrics.. I've tried several times and in so many ways - I'll just say that I might get some kind of hearing deficiency soon :P haha. Anyway, since I know that none of you here would like a fellow music lover to be kept from that which he loves most..... lyrics, anyone? _________________ Hey Cinderella. I'm a viscous admirer. Howdy there, NEIGHBOUR! :D Hehe, I wish we could help you with the gas problem, but we need a new president first! :) Anyway, Argentina, are you a native? or just moved from somewhere else? _________________ Hey Cinderella. Not really :\ He's got a missing thumb. He reminds me of a pirate, because of the missing eye thing, and the patch..... Anyway, that makes sense to me, haha. There are so many reasons why I don't support him.. and it's becoming obvious that he really isn't adequate for such a position. I'd give you an example, but I'd be boring you :D and that wouldn't be good, because an Eisley listening neighbour friend would be nice. _________________ Hey Cinderella. I'm a viscous admirer. Sunfeet is an older song, they have been playing it for quite some time. They have rearranged it somewhat for the new recording. It is one of my favorites! Here are the lyrics for the "old" version....i'm not sure if any of the lyrics have been changed for the new version: Sunfeet listen to me, please sit down and stay, i'm going to build a castle and hide away, gather timber from the ground, i'll build a castle that won't fall down. and when i'm done, the clock will stop and from my head will come bright flowers. i don't know, i can't contain my heartbeat, i am dancing, shrouded by green trees. i am whirling, wearing my sunfeet, and humming children to sleep. i love to watch the light you spread to the room, see how it dances from you, to me, to you? with our laughter, bright white sound, i'll build a castle that won't fall down. and when i'm done, the clock will stop and from my head will come bright flowers. soft sweet music makes me sleep, when it is magical. let it draw you to the castle. |

Maybe THIS one could be radio? minor verses to major big chorus... I love this song; the track is stupendously sweet. But, is it broad enough? ahh, not sure. I doubt it. Who could relate to this? Do you guys connect with the song? (I'm bating you)[/i] _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. I used to not enjoy it. But Richard Swift and I loved it on Sunday. Great chorus, great verse. _________________ "It's the new golden fact." |

Sunfeet is a very good song.... it is kind of a slower tempo through the verses....it does have a BIG chorus though! Perhaps a more constant beat throughout would be better? Golly Sandra perhaps....or maybe Plenty of Paper? I've only heard bits and pieces of new ones. "How does One Day I Slowly Floated Away" resolve? |
