I always think the "Chuck E." part is gross ... but that place is cool! McDonalds, on the other hand ... _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

McDonalds breakfast beats anything Chuck may offer in the way of greasy pizza and overly handled brass tokens. _________________ "It's the new golden fact." |

True, McDonald's still does breakfast right. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

They might have that in some places, but not at any McDonald's I've been to. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

this story is 4 years old Jamie but it gives you an idea of what it's like... The selection of cakes and pastries is huge and all are so good...all fresh and the coffee has basically the same selection that any starbucks does....but tastes good. http://www.omnicup.com/newsp1.htm That's what it does in Australia. The typical McCafe is at the front of a McDonald's, has its own counter, signs and coffeehouse-like furniture. Employees are dressed in visibly more upscale outfits than those at the McDonald's counter. Drinks such as cappuccino and caffe latte are served in ceramic mugs; beans are 100% Arabica. And like any gourmet coffee shop, the counter is stocked with all sorts of sweets, from muffins to biscotti. Cappuccino, which is the top-selling drink at McCafe, sells for slightly less than $1 (American) here. Fresh-baked muffins are about $1 each, as well. That's roughly half the price that Starbucks sells the same products for in the USA. _________________ |
