I love Harry Potter, and I thought I would start a new post all for Harry Potter and discussions. So GO!

but a side comment.. Fahrenheit 911 is coming out in theaters on June 25th and I encourage people to watch it. It will make you smart I promise.

Synopsis

''Fahrenheit 911'' is Michael Moore's reflections on the current state of America, including
the powerful role oil and greed may have played after the 9-11 attacks. In
this provocative exposé, Moore will tell the one story no one has dared to
tell as he reveals the events that led the US into that apocalyptic September
11th moment and why the country is now at war.

Laughing

anyways, back to Harry Potter. Damn, I'm hungry. WHOA! HOLY $#@!! I just heard the most alarming sound. it was a "laugh" and it sounded like this: (if you can imagine)

UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHr

that was it. It's so scary. Someone help me, oh yea, back to HP!

enjoy, and everyone post!

yeah, i saw potter last night at 9:30, and it was the movie that the other 2 shoulda been. It put the other 2 to complete change. From the way it was filmed in a "sit back and watch" way, to bringing out the blacks and silvers, it was a masterpice for cinematography when it comes to childrens movies. The one thing i thought it lacked was a peppy dumbledore, if he alone had been the one thing color and vibrant, it would have been a spectacular film, but none the less, i LOVED it.

As for michael moore, i am so tired of him. He wears jeans and ball caps to make himself look like the common american worker, then turns around, gets in his limo, and rides home to his multimillion dollar house. You dont sell over 3 million copies of your book in Germany alone and not have a lot of money left over... He also is the frontrunner in the fight for globalization, which i am completely against. And for those of you who dont know what globalization is, its the combining of the markets of the free world, into one mass market, and then excluding 3rd world countries, putting them out of commision...

-ben

PS so yeah, i can deal w/ some michael moore stuff, but not a lot of the "no! you're wrong, and i am right because you are just ignorant" argument
