New listenage, in order of whiz-bang-wowness: Albums Kashmir - Zitilites (currently completely amazed and floored by them) The Ditty Bops - The Ditty Bops (little known Warner band, check out the album on iTunes. catchy female vocals) Snow Patrol - Final Straw (just awesome) Nada Surf - Let Go (yeah yeah, late on the boat, but I like it ) Pedro The Lion - Achilles Heel (Thanks eddie) Múm - Summer Make Good The Killers - Hot Fuss Belle & Sebastian - Present Books EP Singles: Jem - They (free on iTunes this week, I haven't heard anything else by them (her?) but that song slays) Raffi - Bananaphone (mwahahaha) Kaiser Chiefs - Oh My God That's about it. Boyd! Bread - Greatest Hits? I love that CD. I used to borrow it from a friend all the time. Now he's moved away though and I'm too lazy to go buy my own. I've been missing it. Thanks for bringing it up though, I didn't think anyone listened to them anymore. My current list looks alot like everyone else's here, so I won't post them all. I will comment though that Snow Patrol - Last Straw is high quality, I only saw it mentioned once in the above threads, and it's worthy of being mentioned much more. Also, in a flashback to my youth, I've been listening to The Transformers Soundtrack lately. I know it's goofy, but it rocks. Seriously, it may sound corny but with the Transformers Soundtrack - there's more than meets the eye. ~Poops |
