 Post subject: stop permeating my dreams!!!Posted: Fri Oct 08, 2004 2:23 am 
wow, a wicked long Eisley dream last night... So i get to this venue by myself and its like a basketball arena, like MCI center for DC folk. I look and see two green buses one with a trailer attached to it that has a giant Eisley sticker on the side. So i walk in and i wander aimlessly till i hit an office section and there's this glass door with windows on either side and Stacy Sherri and Chauntelle are in the waiting room on the other side. Chauntelle turns and sees me and waves real excitedly and her hair is the same color as stacy's and she points at me and gets a real silly look on her face and i walk up to the glass and she puts her hand on it and i do the same and we both laugh and then the speakers announce that Eisley needs to take the stage and they do and i run to go find a spot to sit. It takes me like 5 minutes to get there but when i do Sherri announces that they are playing one more song and she apologizes for the mosh pits during the first 3 songs. And they play marvelous things, but i notice how weird of a venue it is. It's a basketball court with stadium seating, but they set up school chairs on the court in front ofthe stage and that's where everyone is sitting. So weird. So the concert ends and some weird band takes the stage (even in my dreams eisley isn't headlining  ) So i leave and go back to this bar room where lots of crazy dancing takes place and i play the blue guitar my roomate keeps here at school in the real world. I do some spanish nonsense, then we all kill the cook and the bartender and take over the place. I hear on the speaker that the headliner is done their set and remember that this was an Eisley concert, so i rush outside to the buses hoping to see them before they go with the guitar in hand. I arrive to find a small crowd around Jonathan Wilson, but he spots me and he's like "ANDREW! HEY BUDDY!" and i walk over and he gives me a massive hug that buries my face in his armpit, btw Jonathan Wilson smells lovely. And he's saying stuff like "oh man it's great to see you" and "i don't even really care what these other guys have to say lets just chill here for a bit" and Weston is standing there and Jon says "Weston, it's Andrew, remember? From DC?" and Weston turns and his head is HUGE totally disproportionate and he says "Oh yeah, granpa turtle, sweet" and we awrkwardly shake hands as he is formal and i try to do like a pound thing. And then i'm in a car with my friends Eric and Britaney and the Eisley bus is behind us as we drive down New England roads. And i say "should i call Boyd to find out where we're going?" and Brit says "fine! call Boyd, sheesh, here's my cell" and as i put in Boyd's number i hear his voice from behind me say "Don't use computers!" and i turn back to see the bus/van is right on our tail and the whole band is staring at me shaking theirheads except for Chauntelle who is still waving and Boyd talk through the glass and says it again "no computers"
and then my alarm clock woke me up...bastard... _________________ welcome to the no pants club boone |

um...interesting.... i had this dream a few days ago that i was randomly walking through a record store and they had the eisley full-length. the cover was a picture of this chubby kid with ice cream smeared all over his face and i don't remember the title, but i know it was something really really stupid. in my dream, i saw this, then turned to the friend i was with and shook my head and said "where did they go wrong?" and thats my pointless story for the day |

BNROCKS wrote: i swear they have some dream control device. how else could you explain these dreams that we all have? that reminds me of my last eisley dream i had a dream that sherri was playing alone on the stage with an acoustic guitar and i knew i was in a dream and i was like "don't forget this song andrew, it's too good" and of course when i woke up, i couldn't remember the song. The next day Boyd was talking about My Lovely up and down and how great this new song was. Eventually he released that video we all got, and when i first heard that acoustic part, i realized it was the song from my dream, exactly, the whole thing came back to me. Part of the reason i was so excited to see it on the playlist for this tour was to verify if the lyrics were the same, and indeed they were. Slightly off topic... I think it is some sort of prophecy. There is now way the rest of the world will be able resist this force we call EISLEY! And back on topic. I have had a dream about Eisley. But the strange thing about it is that it came some what true. I refer to the pic (can't figure out how to post the pic) where Jon and Weston are spinning their "bling". I had a dream they all broke out freestyling at the end of a show. It was the funniest thing EVER! I'm laughing about it now! And they were all wearing medallions not that unlike the ones in the pic. Coincidence? (enter "X-Files" theme music) < forgive me I'm sleep deprived. I am losing my mind (hey that kinda rhymes. unintentional) The dream and everything is true though. _________________ Power is only pain It’s probably better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside the tent pissing in. It's going to sound crazy (or you all are going to think I'm lying. I just had my first Eisley dream a few hours ago...... (siesta) I'm not exactly sure why, but I was staying at casa del DuPree for some reason, I think because I was doing sound on a tour of theirs and they had a few days at home, so I decided that it would be easier to stay there than come back to Idaho. And that was pretty much it (besides the budding romance with Stacy... sigh  ) Strange thing was that I've always had a mental picture of their house but in my dream it was totally different.
Hey, I thought it was cool. Especially since it's the first dream I can remember having in years. |
