Long time no post. Word on the street is that I will be there. I'll probably be passing out BandMecca stickers if anyone wants one. Shamelessly promoting. That's me. Anyway, if you want to find me - look for the 6'6" guy (probably in a green t-shirt that says the shortest distance between two points is a straight line) in either jeans or shorts, and I might have a beer in hand and/or bandmecca stickers in the other hand. Cheers! cameron _________________ Cameron aka truckpoetry.... Eisley is probably playing as I type this message..... ughhh the feeling of such frustration/sadness/and a bit of anger ....... the ticket guys were really really strict about having IDs tonight and as a result two of my friends were not allowed to go in. and we were soooooooo excited. and now we are totally bummed. |

Had I seen this thread and had been able to make it to the in-store, most of you probably would've seen me. On the plus side though, I ended up being at the front of the line at the Gypsy (I was one of the guys sitting on the ground next to the door facing Main St.), and had a spot with a fantastic view (about 6 people back from the stage just to the right of Stacy). _________________ Coprophiliacs make sh*tty lovers. I can't say if I had fun or not. This was a good show at times, and the worst show I've ever been to at others. Not performance-wise, though. Every band was great, with few mistakes and great mixes. No pictures. I'm going to hide under a photographic rock for a few days now. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

yeah the show performance wise was great. sherri just keeps getting better and better which is incredible. every time you think she can't out do herself singing she does. they whole band is getting tighter too. anyone notice the bouncers/staff being rude? heh two of htem almost got into a fight in the bar area ...who breaks up a fight when it's the bouncers fighting? they hassled jamie about his camera and were just being overall lame. the instore was cool but the sound was kind of off where i was standing (in theback on the stairs). meggers i looked for you but as soon as i walked in i realized i have no idea what anyone looks like haha. these days eisley shows are getting to be 50% music 50% seeing friends i never get to see for me. antrider, jamiega, tylerdurden, truckpoetry, bk, kylerossp, ptah, 5thavocado, courtney-lynn, eisleyfan, (met lantz for the first time too) it's cool to get to hang out with everyone. here goes my best guess on a set list (not in order) memories mr pine telescope eyes goly sandra marvelous things i wasn't prepared vintage people just like we do trolley wood plenty of paper lost at sea encore blackened crown head against the sky _________________ "Religions have started on lesser revelations" - investor on MarketWatch.com |
