as for thanks, start counting the number of people that you know of who's lives have been deeply changed by eisley. Then, when you get tired of counting, multiply that by a 100 for everyone you don't know. Believe me, the thanks are due from our (the fan's) side of the table. I agree with Chad here... There's just "something else" about Eisley that draws people to them, aside from their great music. I can honestly say, I've been a music-lover all my life, but I have never been so passionate about or so drawn to a band as I have Eisley. I've only been a fan for barely over a week and already I'm flying 2,000 miles from Missouri to California to catch of their last shows on this tour. Not once have I ever been so determined to see a band in my life, and yeah, some people just might call me crazy! But I call it something else... and I'll let you know exactly what that is as soon as I figure out it out... lol But anyway, the whole point I'm trying to get at here, is that Eisley has obviously been blessed with great musical talent, and a great family bond that, in turn, actually brings it's fanbase together to form a bond I've never had with any other fan of any other band. And that's just amazing to me. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that Eisley has literally changed my life, and I can't wait to see what happens from here... I agree with you man. I've never been this way towards any other band before. I always love listening to their music. Don't worry if people call you crazy. I once drove 8 hours to go see them It was worth the drive let me tell you that. Thanx Eisley agreed. its weird, its like, there is music I love, then there is Eisley. They are in a league of their own to me, I'm not sure why, but there is something to them and their music that gets to me (in the best way possible ) every single time I listen to them. I havent had the pleasure of making a rediculously long road trip to see them... yet... I'm considering driving to Texas for that festival in the fall (not sure what its called, but coldplay is playing too, along with 34344634 other bands) and that would be like, oh, at least a day's drive? I dunno. it'll be worth it though _________________ Flutter girl killing me with her sunshine... she's so unaware that she's my melpomene. hi www.myspace.com/musicislove |

I really can't think of anything better to say that has not already been said. Eisley's the only band whose every song is one with which I can truly relate. I suppose it's because of the age similarity, the band grew up in the same times I have... altogether, Eisley is something that cannot be justly described (by me, at least). _________________ ♥ Love, Jamie ♥ |

Boyd, I wrote this song several years ago-isn't it true, though? Your faith is everything that gets you through life. Here is the first part of it-- "Sail on down the river, neath the stormy sky, let the winds of change embrace you, don't ask questions don't ask why, He'll be there with open arms and a love so strong, how could you go wrong? Swallowed by the ocean, captured by the tide, not a soul around to save you, faith your only guide, He'll be there with open arms and a love so strong, how could you go wrong?" Well I hope you liked that song. God bless and say hi to the family for us. We love you guys! Maura _________________ Don't you let them tell you you're an ugly child. You might think i expect this kind of reaction. I don't. I know you all well enough to understand the kind of bunch that you are... so, I have to say, it doesn't surprise me, but I'm still in awe over your words. i speak of change in obscure terms. btw. are you guys aware of the Yahoo headlinihg shows coming up? I can't announce the exact dates... but they're in August. I'm not absolutely sure, but the rumor is: they're free. Eisley headlines. local openers. New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles. I doubt if Chicago will be all ages, so... just letting you know. This wasn't supposed to be an ad. I was trying to give something back. Secret info. More soon. all kinds. bd _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead.
