This commercial is sort of my point.

Please explain how the commercial demonstrates your point. I thought men always loved sugary desserts. Question

It's not what the commercial is selling, it's how the woman kind of gets on to the guy like he's her pet dog (who's just pooped on the carpet) or something and his defeated look after what she says to him.

Oh, ok, I guess I didn't see it that way. I saw it as her wondering why he was standing there shuffling through the fridge without any success and also leaving it wide open (wasting energy! haha) and his resulting look of defeat was because he didn't find any sugary delights to eat up. everyone sees things differently.

I actually dated a girl who is bisexual. It was weird talking about the women we both found attractive, but in a good way.

As for the poll, any thoughts I entertain about being with another guy end when I think about them having a thing.

One time after my friend had just broken up with his girlfriend, he expressed to me that he wished he could just be gay and like men. He was very serious, too... he was all upset about it because he was annoyed with the fact that girls were harder to date and he thought he could find another guy a lot easier.

That was random but I thought it was interesting.

i've met multiple women who say they're bisexual, even if they aren't, because they know it turns men on. i find that absolutely ridiculous.

sure. i'm mostly attracted to women, but definitely not exclusively — i'm probably a 1 or a 2 on the Kinsey scale. i wish i actually had something to say about that, but, eh, nope…

It is absolutely ridiculous.

The reality of dating someone who really is bisexual is a part of you wonders if she could really be satisfied with just being with a man. It certainly irks me when women pretend to be bisexual knowing how difficult being bisexual can be. Sometimes they don't feel accepted by gay or straight people.

Yeah, I can imagine that being difficult.
I'm not against bisexuals. I'm against pretend-bisexuals.

I'm in the club of people who have had the thought pop into their mind, but never seriously entertained the thought. Being gay just isn't my thing.

Not that there's anything wrong with it.

At some point I think it crosses everyone's mind. Like "Hm, could I?" but for me the second thought was "Um, no!" hah. I love me some hotJohnMayerguys. Smile

Sure, I've thought of it.

I mean, I was in love with half of my students, and most of those were male.

But the thought of doing it with those males? i never thought that.

In the deep dark past of mine, yes, i have seriously entertained the thought of it.
