I wonder which song it'll be.

I NEED the studio version of Troubled Waters.
Also, what is the nameless song they played at the Hotel Cafe that's kind of upbeat and goes "a-woah-oh-oh-oh" a lot? Descriptive, I know.

I know which one you're talking about but I don't know. They didn't play that one when I saw them a year ago.

I prefer the Daytrotter version, but I ALWAYS prefer Stacy's voice live, so...(And I mean, the piano was eargasmic in that one.) Still, this is sooooo goooooood. And apparently it's the first track on the album, which gives me a lot of good feelings. The way it builds the ambiance will set the tone for the rest of the songs. I'm beyond happy.

I think I might prefer the Daytrotter version, too, but this one makes me so happy cause I first heard it with the strings. It was incredible live when I first saw them last year. Gah.

Very Happy I like it a lot. 1st time I've listened to anything from Sucre since that last stir when the video came out.

One thing I'm coming to grips with is, we might not hear Stacy sing in her lower register much on this record, which is a big change in contrast to Eisley post RN. A lot more upper register so far. I'm readjusting my perception, after having to readjust my perception 5 years ago... Laughing

Now I'm off to not listen to it again until the cd is in my stereo.
