Yes 1,000%. If they wanted 'booty' for Sucre, how did they not dust off Lady Get Away? It is too dancey for the rest, so maybe it needs to be a standalone single with a video involving choreographed dancing in a parking lot. _________________ I am Torgo. sucre daytrotter has shown up - and with a new song! (or...at least i think so) "stuck in the ocean" http://www.daytrotter.com/#!/concert/sucr/20055591-37382819&playerLoad AndPlayTrack=49093902 i don't want to buy a membership just to listen to one song since i paid for the first daytrotter session a while ago and it won't let me do the "download free session" so i'll wait for someone else to try it and give it a listen _________________ Saellys wrote: You misunderstood. "stuck in the ocean" http://www.daytrotter.com/#!/concert/sucr/20055591-37382819&playerLoad AndPlayTrack=49093902 They didn't get the title for Troubled Waters is all. Which is obviously difficult to do.... Troubled Waters ended up sounding really awkward since they had to edit bits from different takes together because cause they ran out of time and never got it 100%. If you downloaded the unofficial session don't spend any money getting this. |

I'm just so glad they were available, these stripped down versions are my favorite versions of the Sucre songs. Also, I was able to download them with a seven day free trial. They did not ask for credit card information either, so I don't think it's one of those deals where they'll start charging me after the seven days. How does Troubled Waters sound awkward? It sounds identical to the first daytrotter performance, minus the one part where Stacy missed a breath (which I didn't mind, it was honest and endearing). |

irrelevant to most at this point, but I've been holding off on buying A Minor Bird (mostly cause I need a job) but I've been streaming it while I play endless games of computer chess (like I said, I need a job). And HOLY CRAP I am in love now. on first listen way back when it first came out I initially thought it was almost sleepy, but it's really grown on me. much more dynamic now. and oh-so-beautiful. I might have to buy it now despite my very static bank account. |

^ Just Make Sure You Win the Free CD from: http://www.shakefire.com/contests/music/sucr%C3%A9 and then you can save your money and get the cd. I don't know how you would Make Sure, but if you figure that out, that would be a marketable, resume worthy skill, if it's legal. _________________ yup, that's my name. So I can send you the link if you want it. if you are opposed to that (since it is a public link and thus be shared), I can upload that download to my dropbox, send you that link, then once you download it, I can delete it. Up to you. _________________ Wil's excellent description of me. wilsmith wrote: You're the Anti-Censorship+Topless Twitpic Parodying+Youth Group Video Directing guy that's a champion for the 1st amendment, Videogames as Art, and unrepentant file sharing...
