I need to get me some of those! I have no idea how edible flowers taste, but I'm betting they would be fun to eat with a red wine vinaigrette for dipping. Mmmm, decadent!

I can't name all of those particular flowers....but nasturtiums are a good edible flower...they taste like radishes and are good in salad. I think edible flowers are good for salads in general.
