From Being There on, they're all about equal to me, because they're so different from one another. However, Summerteeth has a very slight edge for me, just because it was the first album that I heard and owned by them. It's just scary and brilliant how Jeff wrote such raw songs, and you can hear how he and Jay tried to bury them with poppy melodies and dense production, but the feelings are still peeking out.

Well. I have only heard A Ghost is Born and YHF, so my vote really shouldn't count, but I voted for Ghost because it made me fall in love with them.

pitchfork votes for yankee hotel. they gave it a 10.0...and there are only around 35 give or take albums that they have given that high a rating

i absolutely love YHF and AGIB. i've only heard those two from Wilco. but i picked AGIB because...i dunno. i prefer it. like i prefer the White Album to Sgt. Pepper. to me, YHF is Sgt. Pepper and AGIB is The White Album.

Wilco is probably my favorite band. right after the Beatles.

I went with Ghost, but all I've heard is that and YHF. I like them both, but have found Ghost easier to listen to again and again.

You must get Being There, as well. I didn't vote for it, because I just can't bring myself to put anything above Summerteeth (which is hard enough), but it has some of Tweedy's best songwriting, easily. Practically every song is a classic... Shocked

Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is incredible so thats what I voted for, but A Ghost is Born is what got me into them.
