 Post subject: Use of personal band members' photos?Posted: Sun Mar 13, 2005 8:54 am 
I run an icon journal on a couple of journal websites, and several people have brought this to my attention. Do the members of Eisley or any of their family members have any really big issues with people using their pictures as icons or in layouts? But since Sherri and Stacy both had photobuckets, I have quite a few pictures from before the photobuckets were locked. I know it must be strange to sign on and see pictures of yourself or you sons or daughters all over a website, but I just wanted to ask this, before any "drama" is started over this. |

Thank you for your sensitivity. I think that the answer is, if you get it from what has been made public, it is ok. If you have things that were from before the band knew to lock things down that they did not forsee people posting things from their site, you should "pm" them and ask them personally. Thank you so much, Kim.  I'll let the rest of the kids that help me run the icon journal know. And we'll try PM Sherri or Stacy before we make any more icons featuring them.
