i think we settled on this but does 11AM sound good for an official start? i was thinking maybe start cooking around 1230 or once everyone gets there?

weather.com says the high for Tyler is 89 Saturday. that doesn't sound too bad at all, i don't think taht includes the heat index though.

jamie (good jamie) can you make it at all?

Dude if there is only 6 of us we could just have it at my house if it gets too hot or something. Its kind of a disaster cause we are moving and stuff. And I have to leave around 5 or so cause I have to go to my NEW house and get the oven installed and all that good stuff.
Chad- if you guys are going to be there that early I will be there at 11 as well.

I've tried to make it plain that I will have to be late that day, but I think 11 would be great for you peeps to get together. I have class that day in San Marcos until almost noon. It may be as late as 4pm when I arrive in Tyler. Also Clark will be in Glen Rose until an undetermined hour before he can even begin driving. As far as I know we are still both planning on making it, but we will be a little late. Please don't change your plans for us. I have Kim and Clark's cell#s in case anything strange happens. Wherever you are when we arrive we will meet you there.

JD

I'm bumping this thread cause the PART-AY is tomorrow.
I just got paid today so early early tomorrow morning I'm going shopping for yummy things to eat.

Here is tomorrows weather report:

A few clouds early, otherwise mostly sunny. High 91F. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph.

Bring your sunglasses!

Chad and I still need to go shopping as well...

I wonder what we'll need....

I guess we'll need stuff to start the BBQ?.... I dunno.

I dont have sunglasses. But that's okay. My eyes are sun repellent. Actually they arent. That's okay though. I live in sunny California, so I'm used to it.

Speaking of sunny california, our weather is so much better than yours. So haha, California is better than Texas.

See you all tomorrow, and don't stone me.

What? JD thats crazy.
Hmm.
So its like going to be me and chad and kim? Is that it?? If so then we will just call it off so I can just go install my oven earlier in the day. My dad was getting all mad at me anyways for wanting to wait until tomorrow evening to do it.
