hello everyone
its been a while since i've been on the forums, i see i a lot of new faces but still some older members too..hello all.

anyway, forgive me if this has already been posted BUT as I was browsing the net i was astonished to find Room Noises being sold @ hottopic.com

I guess it isn't that special, but I found it a big odd to stumble accross that

take a gander

I'm not really surprised. Hot Topic has a good music selection.

When I walk into Hot Topic that is the last CD I expect to see on the shelf, and I never have. It's cool that it's on the website, even if it is a tad over-priced. Wink

Indie is becoming cool so Hot Topic is going to try and make a dime.

Honest, we had no clue.

i guess someone wants to blow this record up...

man... trendy and dollars deserve each other.

This, indeed, is a hot topic.

Translation:

1. We had no idea they were selling the record in Hot Topic.

2. I guess Warner Brother wants to sell records to more people.

3. It seems that hot trends and the money stream just seem to follow each
other.

4. Hot topic to discuss is: The minute something becomes too popular,
it's not cool... (granpaturtle's comment above).

It's true, indie is "the thing". I don't think this makes Eisley un-cool though. They were indie before indie was cool, they will be indie after indie is cool.

That in my mind makes Eisley consistantly cool.
