Note that both the wings and tail would be completely functional.

The wings would allow for flight.

The tail would act as a 5th appendage for climbing, every day tasks, and an all around improvement for balance and coordination.

I'm more of a forest-dweller and would gladly enjoy the use of a tail in case I would revert back to my ancestors' lifestyle Very Happy

Hm. Realistically, my body is probably better adapted for a tail. But I'd rather have wings, overall. But I bet my skin burns real easily, and I'd have trouble with a lot of things, like flying into stuff and control. Of course, maybe I'd be poor at doing tail things, too. I think my body is poorly suited for either of the appendages. Now, if I was made to have wings or a tail, that might be a different story ...

Wow, I didn't expect to nerd out.

I would so not be coordinated enough to use my tail. Coordination would be better with wings for me.

I say tail. I could sip coffee with my tail while leaving both hands free to do anything I am doing at the time such as typing. That just seems really convenient. However, having a tail would be creepier than having wings.

as a future working mother, I will take the tail. tail can hold the baby (play with the baby?) while i prepare dinner or wash the dishes.
