There's no doubt she can gain more height, she has wings afterall. She had to wear a blindfold to make it a challenge. She can hover around and feel for the basket though.

I'm pretty sure that's what she was going for in the photo. She's got some impressive height in a couple of those photos.

Assuming she's using the wings, she gets points for style in making it look as if she's jumping.

Assuming they're not working, she gets points for having those wings.

So either way she wins.

As to whether she gets it in or not... I'm assuming that she's not using the wings, so therefore no. She will miss by milimetres. But even more importantly, she will rush back inside and write a song about the recent events.
