So I've been noticing a weird trend lately--an increasing amount of people older than 12 who seem to really like Hannah Montana and/or Miley Cyrus. I'm sure there won't be that many people on this forum who are fans, but who knows! Just curious. |

My 12 year old sister watches her show and listens to her music. I know people at my school that are now seniors in high school and like her. I, personally, find the whole thing annoying... the show, the music, miley... everything. _________________ |

A friend asked me that day, "I've been hearing the name Hannah Montana a lot lately. Who's that? Is she a hooker?" LOL. He just assumed from the name. I don't have anything against her. My kid graduated from Disney Channel to Boomerang. So at least I can also enjoy the mindless crap she watches (it's all cartoons from 1950s - 1980s, I think).

Yuck, I can't stand this new wave of Disney kids. Miley, Jonas Brothers, all the HSM kids. I actually don't mind Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato (don't ask me who these people are exactly, because I don't really know... other than that they're the new up-and-coming Disney kids or something haha) - I stumbled onto their YouTube vids by accident and they actually seem like cute kids. |
