I hadn't listened to them before I saw them with Wolf Parade in July. They were a pleasant surprise! I hate having to describe bands though... I find it really hard because I never think I describe them well enough. But Wintersleep is kind of like Margot & the Nuclear So So's on crack -- louder, faster, more driven, more bass... more passion. I was really impressed with this Nova Scotian band... I hope to see them again someday.

My favorite song of theirs is Laser Beams, which has this amazing crescendo that never fails to make me want to move emphatically.

but i would love to see Eisley tour with the Smashing Pumpkins, or Dream Theater, or Tegan and Sara, or Radiohead!
or maybe all of them together for one mega tour or something haha
