 Post subject: Eisley CD CoverPosted: Sun May 02, 2004 7:11 pm 
I know boyd is working hard on the new CD graphics and what not, but I made out of boredom. Basically it's my rendition of the new much-anticipated CD. It's kind of bland and what not, but it was something to pass the time. I know the new CD is also untitled as of yet, so I took it upon myself to name it after a great song off the upcoming LP. Post here if you have any of your own renditions of what the new CD cover should be or just whatever. Click me! Oh and btw, the drawing is one of Sherri's. I hope she doesn't mind  . _________________

Cool. I would have put the circle E smaller and in the upper left hand corner (similar to the treatment given on Laughing City), and made Vintage People smaller so as to not compete with the logo as much, but nice work.

This is a cool idea, because then when we see what the final real deal looks like, we'll be completely surprised because we've all been thinking of these things the whole time of the creating process. I wanna make one. my attempt: 
i made the main graphic the other day and for some reason it made me think of eisley.. maybe cause i was listening to them at the time.. maybe because the picture i originally took and made into this was of my friend zoe who is a big eisley fan. i'm not sure i got the logo right but it's my closest approximation. in any case of course it doesn't matter- it's only for fun after all. man.. i'd love to design something for a band like eisley though. just imagine how it must feel to design a cd cover and know it houses a work of musical genius. |

i guess a year and a half to two years? i've been doing web design and stuff for a little longer but i always used awful paint and graphics programs 'til i got my own copy of photoshop. |

cool... I've done web graphics for about 3 years (mostly corporate stuff for my job) it's rarely as satisfying as i'd like, but it's better than most jobs. |
