fabulous idea, I'll be in there in a moment, and whenever I can manage.. question.. why not put a direct link to the AIM chat in the signature, rather than a link to a webpage with the link. I didn't think a direct link to the chat would work since I can't use HTML in my sig. I just tried it and what you see now is the result.
