I saw you guys a little while ago in my home town of Columbus, Ohio at the Newport Music Hall and really really enjoyed you guys a lot. I bought both your EP's that night rather than saving money to get gas or food for a week, your performance (as bad as you all seem to think it was) really touched me. I'm glad to see people who are around my age making music that is classically influenced (beatles, radiohead and things of the like) and also very beautiful and sincere. Really the whole point of this post, although I'm sure not a single member of the band will ever see it, is just to thank you for coming to Ohio and to invite you to come back and play anytime, you'll have a least one person watching. _________________ www.myspace.com/themachinegarden The Machine Garden like friends. |

See what I meant by "barroom brawl" now? That's right, Dan. I have three husbands, one wife(who, really, is only technically my wife. Her and I are just sharing the 3 husbands, and we all live in the same house), and a fiancee(fiance?). Plus, you and I are about to kidnap Conan O'Brien. I actually had a dream that Jimmy Fallon was an ex-coworker of mine before he was on SNL, and he was a writer at late night with the Cone-dog, so he got me backstage for the show. Also, the backstage of late night with the Cone-zone is BRILLIANTLY fantastic. They have a movie theatre for people to hide in. Except, there's this one super-catty girl who works there ... we hate her. So much. I actually had 2 more dreams after that one, but that one was the best. When I woke up, I actually believed that Jimmy Fallon was an ex-coworker of mine. Ugh ... I need to stop trying to hijack threads. I tried not to! I used size 1 font! _________________ If the end of the world has proper noodles I'll probably be okay with it. |
