Are you guys coming back this way to record??? or are you doing it elsewhere?? There was mention of "Pink's producer" in one of Boyd's journals . . . that would be Linda Perry. Are you guys gonna work with her??? She also (in addition to working with Pink and X-tina!![Christina]) worked with Courtney Love on her upcoming album. I saw Linda Perry out recently, hanging with Pink, watching Juliette Lewis' band. (Juliette needs to stick with acting. I didn't say that!) Looking forward to the Times article!!!!!

Wasn't at the Viper Room, although Juliette's been playing there once a week all during August, and supposedly Linda Perry's been there for most of the shows, I hear. I saw the crew at El Cid (in Silverlake).

I think she was very interested...and wanted to hear the band live at the studio we were at...and then meet the band and talk about production; management said, no.... there wasn't enough time and it would have stolen from time with the producer at hand. But, "Pink"; it's probably not a match.

Still no word on who will produce full length. ep's are a different scenario. Dead tired. have to crash now. more later. thanks. bd

Hey, thanks for the scoop, Mr Boyd! Yeah, I guess the world isn't quite ready for the Eisley dance remixes . . . yet. By the way, just got my copy of the old stuff, I'm in awe of "Head Against the Sky" and "Mr. Pine". Those songs are amazing! Why, in fact, they inspired me to write two songs over the weekend. Wow! Seriously can't wait to hear the new stuff!!

Actually there's already an unofficial dance mix by kingspin. I think it's kingspin.com (?)

[edit: Ok, he DID, but it doesn't appear to be on there now.]
