Usually not cool with the label dude. Were talking like lawsuits here. Theres a good reason they only put them as streams. So the only way you can hear them is on the internet while looking at the website. Or promoting the band. Id suggest taking them down before word gets out. |

Don't get me wrong; I really appreciate the effort. But it also kind of takes away from the points system. It's probably best to take them down. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

That makes them emerge only..even though all you have to do is create an account to get to the streams. As for copying streams in general just because its hard(er) doesn't mean its illegal. If we shouldn't copy them then there needs to be a "please don't copy these streams" note. At any rate, I imagine when Boyd gets back from LA he'll comment. But yeah i think you guys are right, i'll break the links until Boyd gets back. _________________ "Religions have started on lesser revelations" - investor on MarketWatch.com |

In my view this is kinda like illegally downloading an album, and posting it on a website. Now, if someone had access to all of "Room Noises" wouldn't you think that they would be smart enough to take them down. They have your IP address, and I feel that you have overstepped the boundries on this issue. 1. E-merge is for Eisley street teamers 2. The Eisley board is for pretty much anybody If those tracks were meant to be on this forum Boyd would have posted them himself. I also saw a thread regarding the Bright Eyes new albums, and those boardies had enough common sense to not post links in the forum. _________________ I am not who I say I am! |

As for having my IP address... they have my phone number I don't think i'd be that hard to find. _________________ "Religions have started on lesser revelations" - investor on MarketWatch.com |
