Um, actually, I think he said that people were making him feel uncomfortable b/c HE was hispanic. As in, people were treating HIM bad b/c HE wasn't the same race as them. |

I'm a hispanic...I was amazed and sad about the looks I got....And as far as my grammer and spelling....Look buddy I've been up since the day before.....Haven't gotten any sleep since I had to drive back home 4 hours..... cuz I had college in the F'n morning.... _________________

woah.. wierd austin is filled with hispanic people. like really. plus it's one of the most diverse cities in texas, not to mention the most liberal. I'm sorryou felt that way. we're not like that really

Super_Dave I do not know how we were supposed to understand that is what you meant from your post, but I am sorry. Truly, I am Hispanic and did not feel any such discomfort. If any Austinites did anything to bother you I apologize for them, but you need to know that is very strange unless they were from West Austin. I will change my first post. I'm Hispanic and so is my girlfriend our mutual friend and her boyfriend. I can't say that any one gave us any evil looks, i felt totally comfortable and everyone seemed ok, if anything i probably gave off some mean looks to a dude rocking way to hard and making it difficult for my girlfriend and friend too see the band. I don't care if some one really gets into a song but in a cramp place so full of people like the parish yah gotta know when to flail about and when not |
