Over the Mountains. Hands down, no contest. The song sounds great on CD... but the harmonies live sound amazing! They send chills down the spine. And if you don't think so... you have no spine. It doesn't get much better than hearing the lyricless chorus in concert... with the oohing and ahhing. The very first time I heard it (the very first time I saw Eisley) I was wowed. And I really liked all the weird, noisey sound effects they used to play at the beginning and in the middle of the song. Don't know if they still do that though. _________________ "If you're a ninja, every day is like friday." -Jamie M. |

Listening to it live really gives a different feel than it does listening to the CD. Very chilling. See... that's what I said! Kind of. Rock on, Jamie! _________________ "If you're a ninja, every day is like friday." -Jamie M. |

Over The Mountains. I saw them play it on the Winter West Tour in Dallas, and even though the sound guy had a bit of an issue with it, I think I melted into a puddle of happy canadian goo. _________________ guitarfreak217 wrote: Everyone, listen to Leigh. i just saw them on friday, for eisley experience #3, and my favorite was 'memories' this time...the bridge part towards the end sounded really intense, especially thanks to weston's stupendous drumming. the first time i saw them, i think i liked "mr. pine" best, and that was the first time i had heard the song. this is also my first post of all time. |
