yeah i noticed that too... a lot of drummers record parts of songs separately, even on different drum kits. Like for example they'll lay down the verse, chorus, and bridge parts all separately. Im guessing thats what happened, and they wanted to make the chorus sound different than the verses with a different drum set. OOOOOOR they just EQ-ed the chorus snare part differently. I dont know, Im just trying to sound smart _________________ Flutter girl killing me with her sunshine... she's so unaware that she's my melpomene. hi www.myspace.com/musicislove |

that's pretty observant. I'm a guitarist, so I tend to just notice the guitar in songs lol... nate _________________ "nathaniel" www.purevolume.com/GORADIO www.myspace.com/GORADIO www.myspace.com/natesmith |

i'll listen to that in a few mins... but yeh, maybe Weston changed from sticks to hot rods (or brushes) or something really swiftly; it can be done. maybe the other theories are more plausible. _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? it does sound slightly higher. however this may be cus he may have hit it harder. sounds can change dependant on the rate you hit something. _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? I can understand not being able to differentiate between two different drums, but mistaking a piano for a guitar? Haha.. Im totally kidding. As long as you like the music, it's all good. |

maybe when guitar get played with effect or with harmonic...and such..it could sound like a keyboard...remember it's a keyboard not a piano..but it's possible for piano too to sound like a guitar..eh...guitar is the one who could sound like a piano.. bout the drums' sound difference..yeah i noticed it...but it was more like a tambourine instead of a drum cymbals on the Verse part.. _________________
