I went to Denny's after a "super secret Buzz Mystery Concert" (the secret leaked a few days before it happened though). Well, after eating my meal, an italian chicken sandwich, my friends and I were walking towards the door to leave. This is in Kansas City, MO... and I saw some guy sweeping the floor... the guy was wearing what looked like an older style Eisley shirt. So I stopped to talk to the fella and apparently he's from Tyler, Texas. He liked eisley... um... okay, that story ran out of steam. I told you that it went nowhere. I didn't get his name either... double worthless right? I guess that he went to the Eisley show a few weeks ago too. Yeah. So... *kicks some dirt - looks around for somebody more interesting to talk to*. p.s. I went into a gas station in a small town in missouri a few weeks ago and saw a girl working there that had an Eisley pin on. I'm impressed that I stumble upon Eisley fans so often around here. |

I've only found one fan outside of the ones I converted. _________________ Power is only pain It’s probably better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside the tent pissing in. I met one just now in my history class, I lent her my notes. Oh and this other girl who was traveling with an abortion display, she pronounced it "ease-ly" oh well. _________________ A good way to threaten somebody is to light a stick of dynamite. Uhm, I saw an Eisley Sticker on a car at a Ditty Bops/Tegan and Sara concert I went to in Fort Worth. But no one in East Texas. I have yet to randomly run into a single Eisley fan at my school or town, but apparently there is another fan on the board here that lives in my town. Also, i checked like six months ago for any fans from my school on facebook.com and there were like 2 or 3, i checked like 2 weeks ago again and now theres like 20. It's pretty exciting to see Eisley's fanbase practically grow almost right before my eyes. _________________

Yay, my story had a point it seems. I'm surprised that you all don't run into more Eisley fans. I personally would be easy to spot as one. I usually have an Eisley pin on my jacket or backpack... and two eisley stickers on the back of my big white minivan. I used to wear my shirt often, but the seam in the armpit area has started to rip a little bit. The shirt that the guy at Denny's had was the Coffee Time design, but it was big, in the middle of the shirt, and on a black shirt. I haven't seen that one before. |

I have two friends who like Eisley. I got one of my friends into them by constantly talking about them and making her listen to Room Noises. And, another one of my friends told me about this 'great band who sings this awesome song called 'Sea King'' and I got all excited! We've been sharing in Eisley-ness ever since. Unfortunately, I don't know many others who know their music, but hey, two is better than none! |
