How long do you think Eisley will like, stay together and record stuff?? I'd say longer than most bands because of the whole family bond thing. but maybe not. maybe they'll be toast in a few years. then again they are just now coming on to the scene...idk...i've had a less than perfect day and im feeling bad about most things now...but yeah.

i don't think the end is bad at all for most good bands. Bands seem to have a natural lifespan of about 3 albums. Everything has a lifespan, (unless its a rock), but I think this a good thing.

Even if it did end and they became solo acts, web designers, and if jon decides to be a male nurse, it will probably be for the better.

The beatles had good solo careers, dave grohl has a great career with the foo fighters, so on, so on. if the end is very end for eisley, then you'll still have room noises and a sophomore album, at least.

I think whenever they feel it is time to move on with their lives, then it will be okay. As long as they are doing what they love, and they still love it, then I hope they still make music. But when they do decide new things are calling them, I (and I'd hope most others too) will fully support them.

But I think this topic is a bit premature, and I don't think Eisley will be moving on any time soon.

yeah i know, but i started thinking about it because when they're headlining on the east coast its like all bars. which means 21 and over. which means not me. which made me wonder if they'll still be around when im 21. so i can go see them. yes. in. deed.

they just dropped their debut album, they're already psyching up for the second...i wouldn't worry about it...i'd give it a good decade at least before the thought crossed my mind...

but hey, all good things must come to an end...so when it happens, long from now, we can all move on with our lives, safe in the knowledge that there were good times to be had, and this board will still exist, and a little fraction of ourselves wil lremain on the net as long as the servers they rest on still function, tiny snap shots of us at different ages...it's great when you really think about it...

I think the family bond thing will take them a long way, I mean, even if they do break up they'll still be family so if they continue loving what they do by making music, I'd feel assured that they'll stay together as a band. Unless any of them feel like doing solo projects or to pursue other things. After all, Hanson is still together and though I'm not a huge fan of their music, I still think they continue improving as they get older and I think the same will happen with Eisley. They'll continue getting better and better at what they do and will come across loads of encouragement to continue in the process.

They're family, and they've been through a lot already. Everything has to end eventually, but I think they could have staying power. But for now, everyone should just enjoy the ride, no matter how long it lasts.
