Heck yeah, they're local for me. You should check out Old Canes... a spinoff band of the lead singer's. Also, check out Minus Story. Jordan Geiger played keyboards in appleseed cast, and old canes, but front Minus Story... who sound a bit like Neutral milk Hotel. It's really amazing stuff. I'll be seeing Appleseed Cast in a few weeks with one of my favorite local bands, In the Pines. I haven't seen Appleseed in more than 3 years, it'll be nice to see that again. |

Appleseed Cast have been a favourite of mine for many years. Man--Low Level Owl 1 and 2 are probably my favourites. They are so amazing live, too. I absolutely love everything thye have put out. Thank you for starting a thread about them. The lawrence scene is so great. Namelessnumberheadman, The Belles, Appleseed Cast---I'm sure I could name a million (so could robbie, since he's actually from there). So many good bands. |

i can't believe someone voted for "two conversations". low level owl volumes 1 and 2 are total masterpieces. _________________ rest in my arms sleep in my bed theres a design to what i did and said piccysssssss |

Maybe I should have listed Low Level Owl Vol1 & 2 together...but technically they are separate albums. |
