i drink skim, or soy.

here's a tip: try soy milk with a little vanilla. seriously, guys its soo good! and you can heat up too, and it's equally as good. tastes sort of like sugar cookie dough, but better for you!

i guess i'm glad my mom always bought skim milk, because after having the wateriest, "worst" kind of milk, i really can't taste the difference in any kind of milk, whereas everyone i know who grew up on whole milk will drink only whole milk. (and that's the fattening one. snicker snicker)

honestly, you can check me on that fattening thing, that's just what i've heard.

Rice Dream (brand) is pretty good - it probably tastes the most like real milk out of all the substitutes I've tried. I don't think it's as nutritious as Silk though.

What's also really good is Plain Silk with italian soda syrup mixed in on ice.

I can't stand the smell or taste or regular milk, I only drink soy.
I think I got burnt out on regular milk when I was a child and it was pretty much the only thing I drank.

I'm lactose intolerant, so I generally don't drink milk at all. I keep meaning to try soy ... but it's not a huge deal because I've never been a big milk-drinker.
Cheese is my big deal. I love cheese. Rolling Eyes

I grew up on 2%. I have had both skim and 4%. They don't really bother me. I'd probably stick to 2% so I could have some flavor and not get too chubby from it. I had soy milk when I was eating breakfast at a Chinese place in Houston. I also had a Chinese donut. It was GOOD. You need an option in your poll that says all of the above.

Maybe that's what the something else is for. But I really meant is what your preference is, cuz like you I drink more than just 2 percent.

I getcha. I do usually drink 2%, but to be honest I haven't put enough thought or experimentation into my choice of milks to call it my favorite. I guess I just drink it because it is simple.

I also like Super Milk Chan.

Boy, oh boy, it's gotta be Soy. (But not 8 Continent brand-ew)
Less stomach aches with soy milk.
A little bit of chocolate soy, a whole lot of plain soy, and a double shot of espresso. My recipe. woo moo.
