Once I pronounced "bass" like the bass fish or bass boat, instead of "base." And what's more, I did this in the presence of one of my more musically savvy and talented friends. Oh, humiliation. You're not alone, Cassie. EDIT: In that picture of Chauntelle, she's playing a Gretsch, not a Tele...
