hey guys I'm going to the chigago show on the 18th, and Im driving like, 6 1/2 hours or something like that and I'm not too familiar with that area. Does anyone know if there are any cheap motels near the Double Door? I thought about just driving back after the show, but I dont want to risk falling asleep at the wheel making that long trek back ya know? cheap like motel 6? lol. i checked and some things say "check-in age is 21 or over" i dunnnooo what that means, but wahtever haha here are all the ones near chicago- http://www.motel6.com/reservations/motel_search.asp?City=chicago&state =none&motelnumber= and heres the double door's address- 1572 N. Milwaukee Ave. Chicago, IL THE closest one i found was 9408 Lawrence Ave, Schiller Park, IL 60176. 20 minutes. (maps.google.com) |

There's a youth hostel not three miles from the venue, with a Metra station nearby: http://www.hichicago.org/ That's where I was gonna stay.
