Okay, here's what needs to happen. Everybody on the forum with the means needs to contribute as much as they can to the Buy the Bus fund. Once we've accumulated $6,000, we will bid, win the auction, and the bus will become the new Follow Eisley on Tour Bus. Our dear granpaturtle drives buses for a living, you know, so he's got the East Coast covered. Then we just need drivers for the Midwest and the West Coast. And this magical bus will drive to cities along the way and pick up Eisley fans without transportation and take them to the next show. You have no idea how serious I am about this. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

I agree so much with this plan it isn't funny. _________________ Power is only pain It’s probably better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside the tent pissing in. You have no idea how serious I am about this. 1st thing's first... i'd totally take the midwest leg of tours... i've driven my car throughout the summer to see eisley... this would be no different... and i've driven some larger vehicles... so it would just take a bit of practice... but alas, i'm poor... so i wouldn't be able to contribute more than like $20 SECOND! i think i'm dreaming of seeing it there... _________________ THE AUDIOSCROBBLER! I'm willing to lay down all 4 vehicles of mine that the bus will be bought for parts. Who knows, in a few years when the engine's been torn apart, the clutch system, ac, and transmission have been used to death, and after years of target practice, you'll find it on ebay again for 400 bucks. _________________ I shot the Sheriff And the deputy I'm one up on Marley |

Dont feel bad, I've never seen it either. And there are alot better vehicles that have been torn apart. 30's and 40's Ford Customs, first gen Camaros and Firebirds, 70's Novas, El Caminos, and Chevelles, and who can forget the sleepers like Pacers, Dusters, Skylarks, and such. It's a sad sight really. _________________ I shot the Sheriff And the deputy I'm one up on Marley |
