today i was listening to the Lennon Legend CD and i had the crazy thought that i would be cool if the guys covered Happy Xmas (War is Over).....since it is around Christmas/New Year's ......i was thinking the B-sides could do the Yoko and children's choir parts and Boyd could play the sleigh bells oh, even though i won't be there i want you to play Blackened Crown too..........no, actually i would like you to play Lullabye.........just play every song _________________ I am Torgo. I take care of the place while the Master is away. |

Crazy ya'll. We worked on sound and broke a new sound guy in tonight at rehearsal...(Matt Elllis - bro of the famous Daniel Ellis who did in-ear monitors for us on the entire BN tour) and guess what song is potentially on the set list? You guessed it. Blackened Crown In fact, 18 songs were played as potential ones in the line up. If I'm smart, I will try to remember them. But I'm not. Anyway, Blackened Crown sounds better than ever. A great song. The way to get what songs you like is to yell from the crowd and be all obnoxious and never give up. But I'm sure at least on this one....the signatures alone will force their hand. As I said, it's in the line up of potential songs to play...probably more for an encore if there is one. Lady of the Wood Mr Pine Marvelous Things Sea King Laughing City Over the Mountains Tree Tops I wasn't Prepared Memories The Winter Song Silver Bugs Lullaby Queen of Leaves Sun Feet Head Against the Sky Blackened Crown They All Surrounded Me Golly Sandra And....btw. they'll surely not do "Head Against the Sky", but, they just played it for fun tonight. Songs that were forgotten in the line up but probably won't be played: Telescope Eyes Brightly Wound Trolley Wood Wings & Windows Songs - New Songs - Totally not in any line up except for potential tunes for the LP: shhh. there are 12.
