Hey all... here are my pictures from the Houston (Stafford) show (I was the guy in the black Apple shirt): http://homepage.mac.com/jeremeybarrett/eisley-stafford/ There were a few that I found interesting in both B&W and color, so I posted both. It's 6.3 megapixels, but more importantly, the sensor is physically large, almost the same size as a 35mm negative, and being an SLR, it takes all my Canon lenses. For photo geeks (ha!), these were all shot at ISO 1600 on a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens. |

good job! makes me wish i could go back in time and not buy my digital camera and then come back to the present and buy a way better one heh I love film photography but it's way too much work and expensive. I think you should post some larger/higher res pictures for us because they look like they are really high quality but hard to tell with what you uploaded |

They were shot at ISO 1600 which is pretty noisy, but when the subject is well-lit they look great. Canon's CMOS sensors are absurdly noise-free even at that sensitivity. In terms of credit, if you have a web page where people can download them, something somewhere should say "Photograph(s) Copyright (C) 2005 Jeremey L. Barrett". Doesn't have to be a big deal. A link to the photo site would be great. Some kind of subtle credit in or on the resulting images would be great, too, if possible. |
