I was watching LOTR:The Fellowship of the Ring the other day on t.v., and just before they met Galadriel one of the characters said they had entered the realm of the lady of the wood. At that point I instantly had Eisley's "Lady of the Wood" stuck in my head and I was humming it all throughout their short trip to see her. I thought it fit well with the scenery, though the music on the movie was a great deal more ominous. MTV NEWS and Contact Music It's a match made in pop-punk heaven: New Found Glory guitarist Chad Gilbert and Eisley lead singer Sherri Dupree are engaged. Gilbert popped the question on Friday at the premiere of "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, because the book is Dupree's favorite. "I did it in the lobby of the theater in front of the wardrobe," Gilbert told MTV News via e-mail. "All the employees and people around were clapping. It was super funny. I was really nervous and could barely get the words out, which made the situation even funnier." The couple met earlier this year on NFG's Back to Basics Tour, and though there is no date set for their wedding, Gilbert did say that the couple plan on tying the knot after both bands complete the touring cycles for their respective new albums, which are both due next year. .. _________________ Don't you let them tell you you're an ugly child. Congratulations to Sherri and Chad! Wow now I have another reason to get exited when I see THE Wardrobe again on Thursday.I went crazy when I saw it on Saturday.That is the most loveliest proposal i've ever heard of. |

I was in Hollywood today for the taping of Jimmy Kimmel (Death Cab was on! Huzzah!!) and afterwards my friend and I went over to the El Capitan and took a picture of the wardrobe.
