So today's the day I turn 17, and just to get as cliche as I can, I want to mark the occasion with a rated R movie.
*wuss alert!*
Never been to one in theaters before, unless you count Passion of the Christ with my friends parents. Haven't sneaked, gotten 'the hook up'.. nada.
I gotta fix this, and now's the perfect time!....
But as I looked to see what R movies my theater was to show tomorrow, I noticed that we have nothing! So which movie should I see, if any? There's gotta be something entertaining in the least...right?
Choose wisely, for my sake Wink.

Happy birthday!

I picked Underworld because it's got violence and probably cussing. In probably fun ways. I would personally pick Munich out of all of these, but that seems kind of like a bummer for a birthday. And I just really don't like straight up horror movies. So there. Confused

I saw hostel a last week. I didn't really like it as much as I would have hoped. A lot of nudity, cursing, and of course.... blood and guts though. So if that's what your looking for, be my guest. Happy Birthday!

I work at a movie store, so people are always suggesting films. I've heard Hostel is pretty good. But I haven't seen it myself.

That's all we get here, and it's a 12 screen theater Sad. Apparently we may be getting Brokeback Mountain, but I've got nothing.

And thanks for the birthday greetings! Very Happy Y'all make my day.

Unless American is currently in another Revolution your definition of snuff film is different to my definition of snuff film.

In the definition I know snuff films are Nasty and highly illegal.

I voted for Munich, as it's the only movie on that list that is really worth your time watching in my opinion.

However, you might want to go with something much shorter (Munich is three hours long) and a little less heavy.

Do see the movie though.

munich if you're in the good cinema mood. though, since it's your birthday, i'd say go watch underworld. popcorn flicks like that are good for this type of situation. yeah.

happy birthday, by the way.

For sitting in a theater, I'd go with Underworld. Seems like a big action adventure which are usually fun seeinfg on a big screen.

Wow really? I really like to see it but if it's that long I'll wait for the DVD so I can sit down with a meal and watch it at my own pace.
