i just recieved this bulletin message from tom delonge and the angels & airwaves myspace : "hey whats up everyone, i know you all are "patienly" awaiting some music. the website and more web movies will be launched in the coming weeks so stay tuned. just wanted to send you all a message letting you all know what is going on in angels & airwaves' world. our rehersal space is built and we are beginning to reherse. we'll have some photos for you shortly. right now im off to New York and the other guys are at home relaxing before angels & airwaves takes over their lives, as if it hasnt already. while im in new york, ill be hosting a few episodes of steven's untiled rock show on FUSE with some macbeth sponsored bands: taking back sunday, my chemical romance, and eisley. ive been told the air dates for those will be the week of feb 6th, we'll be sure to let you know when, once we get more info. thats all for now. thanks to everyone who is spreading the word about angels & airwaves, it means a lot. talk to you all later tom" so there you go. eisley...hosting a show... craaaazy. after that airs, i think they will finally poke their heads through the big bright scary "mainstream" window... _________________ Flutter girl killing me with her sunshine... she's so unaware that she's my melpomene. hi www.myspace.com/musicislove |

keep in mind, i didnt say "walking through the huge freaky door of mainstream culture" i said, "poking their heads through the big scary mainstream window". big difference. you have to admit, SO many kids watch those shows, especially that one, this site will get so many hits the day after that airs. i think the mainstream of what is popular right now in music will get a taste of eisley, thats all i meant by that. _________________ Flutter girl killing me with her sunshine... she's so unaware that she's my melpomene. hi www.myspace.com/musicislove |

It's true. And, i'm so-so-so, sor- sorr-sorry for not filling in those dabs of mortar between the bricks lately. I don't think i've ever felt so disconnected from you guys; but it's so heartwarming to open the floppedy ole plywood hatch to the eisleyblog room (it's like a submarine but made out of wood.. and the hatch on top is henged with wrought iron hardware... and the flap is roundular and layered with cheap plywood but painted with muckle green paint) to find friends hanging out - making that mumbly noise that humos make when they gather up... talking about stuff, drinking coffee... trading secrets, carving wooden doylees, et. Makes me feel all gushy and gooney and geekoidial inside. Well, now you've rustled me from mybusy-ness, so I'll go work on a big ole' longish, dumb post now. If i were to write about all the things in my head, you'd get so bored. I promise, you'd get angry. So angry that one of you, maybe a newbie, would go get one of those guns with the flared end (the kind that Elmer Fudd used to shoot Bugs Bunny with) and... KA-BOOM!! - then somebody would have to call Peta. _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. Ha, ha, ha. Too funny! People have been asking about you, Boyd. Oh my, Boyd hasn't posted in so long. I pointed out it was Monday. Then they were like, I mean the home page. That was a couple weeks ago, right. And you have the tour, new album and all these side things all going at once. Glad to hear more good things happening for Eisley. I just now saw your Trolleywood post. musicislove wrote: im guessing boyd will post something if its true. |

Sweetness-- Fuse is definitely the music channel I'm more plugged into than MTV or VH1, so it's pretty stellar to see that Eisley's going to be on it! _________________ "I cannot discuss your verses; for any attempt at criticism would be foreign to me. Yeah, I'm bummed that I dont have Fuse. Maybe someone can record or something so it can be online. You think FUSE would archive it on their website or something? _________________ www.allisongill.net www.myspace.com/silverbugs www.last.fm/users/allisoncostello www.imahuman.tumblr.com www.isitreallysostrange.wordpress.com [i spend too much time on the internet, apparently.]
