Quoted for generic DMB bashing. Find some new ammo. Your "frat kid" issue is probably stemming from the fact that you probably saw DMB in Ames, a college town, on a college campus, with lots of college students, probably many of which belong to frats and what not. Also, be nice to the frats please, they arent all like Animal House. I know plenty of cool "brothers" who dont insist on acting like idiots on an hourly basis. Dude, settle down....it wasn't a personal insult to you. I have nothing against frat kids or DMB, in general. So, I don't need new "ammo". I just would never go to a Phish or Dead concert for the same reason I won't attend a DMB one. Too much pot. To further explain my "frat kid" comment.....it was not a blanket insult. I know a few frat kids and all I the ones I know are normal. However, I don't think a frat kid, in general, is going to be into a band with that sings about trolley woods and sea kings and treetops and memories. But then again, who knows, Eisley makes believers out of almost everybody. |

Envy Corps that a Dave Matthews tour (still doubtful) or something along those lines would be great for "Eisley". After a little more attention and first time impressions and word of mouth, they should team up with a cool band - not as big - that's doing great, in a similar genre'. theres nothing set in stone so i wouldnt get to excited personally i would rather see rilo kiley and eisley together _________________ www.capricorn15.net http://img17.photobucket.com/albums/v50/tgukempire/

Travis...yes. Doves...yes. But probably they'll do a small club tour in the UK first, Ms. Lisa. Here in the US, they might end up with anyone... btw. as far as the rumors go - Cornerstone is being sured up. (confirmed...) Not yet, but almost...Rumor has it there will be some mainstage gigs for Eisley. Florida and the one in North Carolina or wherever it is. The one in Bushnell is being looked at. We have a mainstage offer...just wanting to make sure the slot will work in the line up...(genre-wise). b _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. if i had to go to another Dave Matthews Band show to see Eisley, i'd probably lose my head, but, dag nabbit, i'd do it. 'cause i'm dedicated like that. it's just that the DMB concert scene is terrible lately. i've watched it deteriorate to the "messy, crowded, drunken college party....with some music going on in the background" that it is today. _________________ My epitaph, should I ever need one, God forbid: 'The only proof he ever needed of the existence of God was music.' -Kurt Vonnegut "...dance when you forget to wear pants..." -Seanbaby |
