Posted: Tue May 16, 2006 5:24 pm so i did a search in the forum to make sure no one else had already posted this, and i didnt find anything. please forgive me if its already been said a thousand times. but ive been listening to Nina Persson's version of "Bluest Eyes in Texas" from the Boys Dont Cry soundtrack recently, and it made me REALLY want to hear Eisley do a cover. maybe just something they do live...or a little homemade recording they put up on myspace or on this site. what do you guys think? i think it would sound pretty amazing. just a thought... edit: here's the link to hear a sample of the song im talking about http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000365PJ/ref=sr_11_1/103-0741850-64 62265?%5Fencoding=UTF8 _________________ -Arlan editor-in-jeans http://www.interlude-magazine.com |

if you go to http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000365PJ/ref=sr_11_1/103-0741850-64 62265?%5Fencoding=UTF8 and scroll down, you can hear a sample of it. and you know, theyre from texas and they have blue eyes (right?)...and its about a girl...its just perfect for them i think. so if they dont record it, or sing it live, maybe they can just call me and sing it into the phone? yeah. _________________ -Arlan editor-in-jeans http://www.interlude-magazine.com |

I wondered if they ever did covers in the old days, or did they just always have enough original material to play at their shows? Did people listen to them? Usually everyone starts out playing covers until you get a little fanbase, then you sneak in some originals, and then people start requesting your own songs. _________________ Amber
