I was cleaning my room and I found this issue of Risen Magazine (Sept-Oct 2005) with an article on Eisley that I had completely forgotten about. So I decided to scan it to my computer and post it on LC (since I saw that it had not previously been posted). Some of the sides came out blurry but oh well, scanners are like that. Anyway, here it is...

ah, Jon. you're a good man Jonathan Wilson. disclaimer; this does not detract from one Garron Dupree who really rocks that bass. _________________ guitarfreak217 wrote: Everyone, listen to Leigh. In referrence to that quote about making money... how do they make enough to go on all these tours? Do the venues pay them to play? _________________ I know how I was born and I know that I have no choice. The label usually fronts the bill for tours. But its hoped that they can make the money back on tour through the door. Yes venues make money and give a pre-decided percentage of the door, usually given before the act goes on to play, to remove all shady business. Bands make most of their per-diem and living money with merch. So buy buy buy if you want to see eisley in the future. |
