has anyone in eisley or anyone on this forum read the book "Eragon?" it seems very likely that this book would be right up their alley. i am in the middle of it right now and so far it is really good.

the book is about, well if i may quote stacy..."it's about a dragon." actually a boy who finds a dragon, and adventure ensues.

anyway, figured i'd throw that out there...if you haven't read...read it! Smile

I read both Eragon and...the next book in this trilogy but I can't remember what it's called right now. I didn't love them but they're okay.

I started reading Eragon, but it just didn't keep my interest. I found it to be typical fantasy fare. Not bad, but not great either.

They're making an Eragon movie, I believe.

Sorry, I really hate Eragon. The author just seems so arrogant. I personally don't think he's such a big deal.

Everyone makes a big deal about it because he started the book when he was 15. I read it. Meh.

I've never read it, but I know that the dragon on the cover looks like Joe Camel..

He should be played by Ian McKellen in the movie.

He does! When I was little Joe Camel was my favorite mascot.

That's...probably why they don't have him anymore.
