OK, so I had like three titles for the subject in my mind. One of them being "1 up on the penguin...". In the end I just settled for the stupist thing I could think of. I just saw Fory's post in the "Eisley With Taking Back Sunday" thread. I got back at midnight. I didn't stay for TBS. I stayed for two tracks, but I was hauling my (signed) vinyl around, and I was tired, and they seemed not to my tastes. I went to bed but couldn't sleep. so I got back up and came online! I took 20 pics. The first one of when the band were about to play was of Stacy, but she kinda turned from the camara. I deleted it accidentally When Weston came onstage I was like "woah!" (but alot worse in my head. If I had been with someone I would've made another exclamation, but for the "Weston!"s I shouted. The lil ginger (brat) next to me started shouting "Come on my son" after that. Jestingly. I was too euphoric about Eisley I didn't even say anything to him. we shook hands though... Cool things that happened, the bit with Garron and fans is not in order. I can't remember. It may have been the girls before the guys): I come down the stairs as I'm heading for merch, and meet Mark. This was one of my goals. He was in a hurry so I didn't get a chance to chat to him properly or get a pick. But I'm still well chuffed that I saw him with little hassle! get vinyl. Asked where the tour bus was (knowing it was around the corner). Asked which one it was. jokingly trying to get the guy to tell me outright where I could find them. So then I asked blatantly "where would the best place to find them be?" "right behind you" I turn around and see Garron sitting there with his partop. I go to him, don't apologise for hassling him and chatted at him. He looked pretty stuned. Either way he signed my vinyl. Convo over. I move to sit slightly further away from him (my legs were knackered). A guy with a red Eisley shirt (was that you, Fory? We sorta looked at eachother for a second. [There was nothing in that, other than two Eisley fans exchanging knowing glances of how cool Eisley are Garron goes back stage (after some girls ask him [politely] to sign their tickets. he obliges. I seize the oppurtunity and get my pic taken with him. TBS fan looks confused as he's asked to take a pic. Garron goes back to backstage. Mark comes out, followed by Boyd. I shout "Boyd" and chat to him breifly (in the process he gives me not one, but two hugs). TBS fan still holding cam. I ask boyd to sign vinyl. He does one better: he takes the camara from the TBS fan, and offers to go backstage and get a photo and get the rest of the band to sign it. I take him up on the offer. While I'm waiting for him to return, Emmie (not too sure on spelling) spotted me, so we chat. The DuPrees all file out of the backstage area to go to so TBS, who have by this time started to play. I follow suit. Near the door, I call out to Chauntelle and chat very very briefly with her. In amongst the chat she offered out her hand. My hands were full of stuff (sharpie, camara, vinyl, water), so reply that I would shake her hand but... ... she half-hugged me. A half-hug from Chauntelle felt more special than a full hug from Jess Winters (violinist for The Fallout Trust). i seize the oppurtunity whilst some other Eisley fans are there to grab a pic of me and the band. I went home pretty much after that, after saying taroo to Emmie. I didn't enjoy what I had heard of TBS so I felt there was little point in hanging around. Pics will come probably on Friday. Was using Gf's cmara, which oddly uses a completely different kind of USB thingy as every other USB device I know (mainly, loads of mates' cams, my dad's and bro's cams, and my mp3 player... which all use the same type). So I need to get the wire off her. Which could be today. I dunno though. hmmmm...ahhh... (btw, Hellogoodbye were pretty good. I was about 10 people from the front for them. As my two pictures show). EDIT: (completley forgot to add...the title "1 up on the penguin" came from the simple fact that I got my sharpie back. Maybe the fact you didn't get it back, penguin, was playin g on their consciouses, so they thought it would be in everyone's best interests (including my bro's, who owns the sharpie) to give it back. _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? Yea this "polite" Eisley fan was me (wait till you see the pic, bad hair, bad smile), tho i was a little drunken so apologies for not talking to you or anything but i'm a little annoyed i missed the rest of the band, though Garron did seem a little distracted. See i knew you had to be part of the "Eisley Hardcore" with your vinyl. Which you seem fascinated by, btw. Gutted though, i really shouldn't have went to see Taking Back Sunday...ah well, still a good night _________________ Last 5 Plays:

I was also needing something to fill the time to make it look as if I wasn't just sitting their waiting for Eisley... _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? Hence why I couldnt take my "dinner" (a sandwich I made yester morn). but I didn't buy any. I figured rehydration was my main goal. Also... I was rocking my General Sherman tee. (btw, I had put the green and white badge on my hat, with two other badges). I think I had taken off my (Eisley) hoody by that time. I really should get to bed. It's half past two in the morning. At least I don't have to get up for the next two weeks! yay! _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? I look forward to pics. _________________

I hasten to add that the only reason I couldn't go to tonight's show was because I couldn't afford it. No sir. _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? emmie wrote: Hehe you werent half fascinated by your vinyl Sorry I just bounced over and started chatting but you were the only other person I could see in the crowd that was singing along to Eisley. I thought that was pretty cool. Doubly sorry about your drink too no worries at all. I was gunna try and find that group of about 4 people who were to my left during the show. But couldn't be bothered, on the grounds I'd have to squeeze my way past loads of people. the drink? meh, it was only water. (Room Noises is the first ever LP I had bought on vinyl. I hope to get more) _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she?
