I started hacking away. The band is upstairs hanging out with Jesse (who's band got great reviews in RS) ; Eisley doesn't even know of this yet. I hate to break the news. "hey guys, RS says your music is for 10 year olds who like Barbies and Unicorns." It sucks. But whatever... the future of Eisley is not in the hands of a Rolling Stones writer. And I don't ever remember Eisley ever making a decree that they write songs to make the Rolling Stone grade. I'm feeling passive agressive. Well, I made coffee and cut me some pumpkin pie and listened to "Slow Down" by Radiohead...then I went up and broke the news. They laughed; at first...but I know it stung. "Unicorn BARBIE...whatever! Are you serious? Ok, then...we should put a Unicorn Barbie on our full length cover..." (to spite them:wink:) The Tourist? Or do they have some b-side named Slow Down He was referring to "The Tourist," but just used the lyric from it. |

I'd rather read Rolling Stone than Spin or one of those magazines. _________________ http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=KevinNaaaaaa |
